At that facility, 36 residents and 19 staff are impacted by the Coronavirus.
Island Health has had 39 cases. The majority of patients are in the Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health authorities.
British Columbia's provincial health officer offered support March 20 to health-care workers in the province that has the highest number of COVID-19 cases, saying there are enough supplies for them to safely do their jobs.
"We are very saddened, of course, by the passing of these people", Henry said in announcing the latest deaths.
One new case is at the German-Canadian Care Home long-tern care home in Vancouver, the other is at the Delta View long-term care home in the Fraser Health region. There have been more than 100,000 cases fully recovered.
There is some good news with respect to the number of people who have recovered from the virus, that number is at 100.

VANCOUVER-In 30 years of conducting pandemic planning, B.C.'s Dr. Bonnie Henry never expected to issue orders to restrict travel, cancel school classes, and advise non-essential workers to stay home.
Henry once more implored people to honour the two-metre social distancing rules to slow the spread of the virus and pointed her pleas at people who continue to host large gatherings at weddings and funerals. "Just reflect on the monumental changes that we have asked society to do".
"You are putting people at risk, even people in your own family", added Henry".
Dix also released statistics on the number of hospital beds available.
"We know that people in long-term care homes are the most vulnerable for having severe illnesses with COVID-19 so the health authorities, particularly here in the Lower Mainland that are most affected, will be implementing additional measures at long-term care", said Henry.
The Minister said hospital beds would normally be at over 100 per cent of capacity, but due to new measures were now at 68.6 per cent of capacity, while critical care beds are at 55.7 per cent of capacity.
