Chaudière-Appalaches repasse en zone rouge

"Ça va évoluer. On va ajuster au fur et à mesure", de faire remarquer le premier ministre qui a rappelé que les annonces faites aujourd'hui avaient été recommandées par la santé publique mais qu'elles ont aussi fait l'objet de "discussions". Ces mesures visent à limiter les effets de la 3 vague et la propagation des variants du coronavirus. "Nous allons aider financièrement les commerces touchés", a dit le premier ministre François Legault, lors d'un point de presse le mercredi 31 mars.

Le premier ministre a servi un avertissement à l'ensemble de la population québécoise alors que les variants peuvent causer un revirement de situation soudain. Le couvre-feu est ramené de 20h à 5h dans ce secteur, mais demeure semblable (21h30 à 5h) ailleurs en Chaudière-Appalaches.

" Dans les prochains jours, on s'attend à une forte hausse des hospitalisations". Il faut que les gens essentiellement restent chez eux, sauf s'ils ont absolument besoin d'aller travailler.

Durant cette période, les services de garde en milieu scolaire de Québec, de Lévis et de Gatineau seront réservés aux travailleurs prioritaires. Toutefois, les CPE et garderies vont rester ouverts. Il faut donner un grand coup.

Également à partir de 20h demain soir, les régions de l'Outaouais, de la Capitale-Nationale, de Chaudière-Appalaches et du Bas St-Laurent passeront au palier rouge.

D'autres resserrements sont prévus dans 4 régions qui inquiètent. "La situation (de la COVID-19) peut exploser dans n'importe quelle région au Québec", indique François Legault. Ce qui inquiète le plus son gouvernement, ce sont les rassemblements dans les maisons. Le premier ministre n'exclut pas non plus que les mesures spéciales d'urgence s'appliquent à d'autres régions dans les prochains jours si la situation le demande.
