The campaign announced two positive cases Thursday morning - Ms. Harris "communications director Liz Allen and an unnamed crew member on one of Ms. Harris" recent campaign trips.
"Neither of these people have had contact with Vice President Biden, Senator Harris or any other staffers since testing positive or in the 48 hours prior to their positive test results", O'Malley Dillon said per CNN.
In a strike against rival Donald Trump, Ms. Harris said the Democratic campaign's reaction to the positive tests was "obviously in stark contrast to you-know-who".
Biden's schedule will not be interrupted.
Harris was to visit North Carolina on Thursday and to travel daily until Election Day on November 3.
However, due to contract tracing because of Allen's positive diagnosis, it was revealed that an aviation staffer who flew with Biden to OH on Monday and Florida on Tuesday tested positive for COVID-19.
"This shows how seriously we take Covid, how we have since March done everything in our power as a campaign to ensure the safety of our staff and our volunteers and voters, and we'll continue to do so", campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillon said on a call with reporters.
He was back on the field, holding large rallies in North Carolina and Iowa.
Harris has been in Washington this week for the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett, which she attended virtually out of concern about Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee who didn't abide by coronavirus safety protocols.
According to the campaign, both individuals who tested positive were on a flight with Harris on October 8, but they were not in close contact with her during the flight.
Mr Biden added that he had tested negative for Covid-19 on Wednesday night. Biden's campaign said the individual did not have in person contact with Biden and was 50 feet away at all times.
He now says he's "immune" from COVID-19, calling it a "blessing" from God.
