The county has averaged about 24 new cases per day over the last 14 days, according to a 14-day moving average graph updated weekdays by the health department.
A further 3,047 people are now under active monitoring by public health after confirmed contact with a positive case.
"But we are working each day to find the balance of keeping new cases low and slow to protect those who are most vulnerable, while keeping our communities going".

On Monday, Gov. Andy Beshear reported 342 new COVID-19 cases, of which 54 cases involved children ages 18 and younger, and five new deaths.
No new outbreaks were reported in health-care facilities, and outbreaks at Holy Family Hospital, MSA Manor long-term care facility, Czorny Alzheimer Centre long-term care facility and George Derby Centre long-term care facility were been declared over.
A total of 14,938 COVID-19 tests had been performed in Laurel County as of September 14.
The province said that 5,446 individuals who tested positive have now recovered.
Whitley County has had a total of 252 COVID-19 cases. Miami County has had 123 total hospitalizations and 48 deaths.
Monday's new cases involve: a 44-year-old female, a three-year-old female, an 18-year-old female, a 26-year-old female, and a 54-year-old female.
In total, according to the World Health Organization, there have now been 28,637,952 confirmed cases of Covid-19 and 917,417 deaths. Of those cases, 14,378 have been hospitalized with 3,097 admitted to the ICU. There have been 4,419 deaths related to COVID-19 in Ohio. A total of 115,708 residents are presumed recovered.
