"Oh, whip your hair back and forth", the YouTuber said in the video, referencing Willow's 2010 song "Whip My Hair".
Willow, now 19, is daughter to Jada, 48, and her husband Will Smith.
Jaden also took to the social media site and wrote: 'SHANE DAWSON I AM DISGUSTED BY YOU.
Following Dawson's statement, which compared the beauty industry to a "circus", users began to unearth his old bits and photos in which he played racial stereotypes, used blackface, or joked about paedophilia.
After the clip featuring Willow resurfaced, Jada tweeted: 'To Shane Dawson. "This man was also doing blackface on the regular", he added with a bunch of facepalm emoji. "As the youth, we need to support creators who support us and our morals. This Is Not Okay".
On Friday, Shane, 31, uploaded a 20-minute video called "Taking Accountability" to his YouTube channel where he apologised for wearing Blackface, saying the N-word and joking about paedophilia in past videos.
"Blackface was something I did a lot - like, I did it a lot on my channel - and there's no excuse for it".
While Shane said that he didn't want to "make excuses", the YouTuber cited his past trauma, the way his videos were edited (which he thinks framed his behaviour in an even worse light), and essentially trying to be amusing, all as reasons for this racist content. It's me sitting at home, thinking the whole world hates me and crying and hyperventilating and then just turning on a web cam and just saying I'm sorry and hoping people know I'm a good person and then it'll go away. I didn't look into the history of it and why it's so wrong, and why people were so upset.
He also apologized for his inappropriate comments about children but did not mention Willow directly.
"I'm so sorry to anybody who saw that and that also saw that people were lifting me up and were saying 'You're so amusing, Shane, oh my god you're so amusing", Dawson said. "It's all gross, and I promise that is not real, that is not me".
