A new rumor coming from Daniel Richtman's Patreon page (via MCUCosmic) suggests that Sony Pictures is now developing a Spider-Woman movie. But Sony isn't letting their funding within the Marvel hero go to waste.
It was also confirmed that there would be a Mobius movie in the works.
Sony previously wanted to make a Sinister Six movie back in 2016, but that film was canceled after the disappointment of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
The first trailer for Sony's Morbius showed that the film takes place in the same world as Spider-Man and is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as evidenced by the appearance of Michael Keaton's Vulture.
When enquired about Spider-Man cameo in the next movie, Pinker said, "I cannot predict anything right now" With Spider-Man starring Tom Holland, the studio's Marvel character universe corresponds the famous Marvel movie universe, stated by Amy pascal, boss of the Sony.
