La justice refuse la mise en liberté de Christian Quesada

Depuis, Christian Quesada passe ses nuits en détention provisoire. Pendant des mois, le présentateur de TF1 a côtoyé le candidat, qui a battu des records dans "Les 12 coups de midi" -192 victoires et plus de 800 000 euros de gains- avant de se faire éliminer le 14 février 2017. Après cette expérience à la télévision, il avait sorti un livre dans lequel il revenait sur son parcours, lui qui a connu la rue avant la gloire.

"Des centaines d'images et vidéos compromettantes de mineurs et d'enfants subissant des viols et agressions sexuelles, qu'il échangeait avec d'autres internautes, ont été retrouvées sur ses ordinateurs", avait à l'époque indiqué le procureur de la République de Bourg-en-Bresse, Christophe Rode. Dans l'attente de son jugement pour "corruption de mineur" et "détention et diffusion d'images pédopornographiques", il a été placé en détention provisoire en mars dernier. Il avait ensuite donné des nouvelles du prévenu. Christian Quesada a reconnu les faits, tout en précisant n'avoir jamais commis d'agression sexuelle.

La décision concernant la demande de libération de Christian Quesada auprès de la Chambre de l'instruction de la Cour d'appel de Lyon est tombée.


Et quelques jours avant l'examen de sa demande de libération, la presse révélait que d'autres jeunes femmes, entre cinq et dix selon le parquet de Bourg-en-Bresse, avaient déposé des plaintes accusant Christian Quesada de faits similaires à la première plainte.

Des sources judiciaires ont révélé que Christian Quesada a de nouveau reçu cinq accusations fin novembre. Le mode opératoire est le même, mais des vérifications doivent être effectuées (...) certaines plaignantes ont gardé des traces de ces échanges (...) Mais il est pour le moment difficile de savoir si c'est bien Christian Quesada, car la personne qui a abordé ces jeunes filles ne filmait pas son visage.
