During a press conference on Friday afternoon, local authorities said that the woman who was kidnapped is in her 40s and that the suspects had a gun when they kidnapped her. It was unclear how long she had been abandoned before police took her to a hospital where she was treated.

Stanley Lawton's convictions stem from the 1980s but his daughter received hers in recent years.
While officials said Lawton and Poche-Lawton knew the victim, they didn't provide a motive for the attack and said no ransom was demanded.
It was not clear if the Lawtons had lawyers who could speak on their behalf.
They kidnapped her by gunpoint in North Las Vegas on October 30 and took her to Lawton's home in Palmdale, California, Hernandez said. "At some point, she was sexually assaulted and then left for dead".
"She's very lucky to be alive", said Captain Eddie Hernandez of the Major Crimes Bureau of the LASD.

The father-daughter team are accused of robbing the woman at ATMs on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, court documents say, but authorities would not say how much money was stolen.
Stanley Alfred Lawton and Shaniya Nicole Poche-Lawton each face charges of kidnapping to commit robbery, attempted murder, kidnapping from outside the state, forcible rape and three counts of first degree ATM robbery, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
Stanley Lawton, 54, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and his daughter, 22, early the next morning without incident.
According to jail records, the elder Lawton is being held on $4.5 million bail, while his daughter is being held in a separate facility on $1 million bail as they await a November 12 court appearance.
North Las Vegas police were gathering information and didn't immediately have comment. "It's at gunpoint, it's by force - that victim is then transported across state line, held in a house inside of a room for at least a week".
The FBI is investigating the abduction with Los Angeles County and Las Vegas police. Air Force officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
