At The Disco would be featured on her new song.
The highly-anticipated new track, which drops on all music platforms on April 26, is titled "ME!" and we can't wait to hear it!
"I think that with a pop song we have the ability to get melodies stuck in people's heads and I just want it to be one that makes (people) feel better about themselves, " she said.
Swift also posted art announcing the song on her Instagram account.
After nearly 13 days of anticipation, Taylor Swift confirmed on Thursday via an Instagram Story that a "song" and "new music" were coming. She surprised a few hundred fans Thursday when she visited a mural she commissioned in Nashville.
As for the people who have made Swift feel better about herself over the years, the artist once again paid tribute to her fans, sharing, "I can not believe how dedicated they are, how thoughtful".
Swift also had some kind words for her fans, sharing, "Thank you so much for caring about music that I make". I can't believe how dedicated they are, " Swift said. "It makes it more fun for me to create music videos knowing they'll care about little easter eggs or clues or hints", she told Roberts. She added, "The butterfly mural is painted by Kelsey Montague who painted one of my favorite murals in NY". She teased her upcoming release even more in an interview with Robin Roberts on the 2019 NFL Draft on ABC in Nashville.
Fans began gathering at the colorful mural of angel wings - which has been rumored to be somehow Swift-related for weeks - in the morning and watched Montague add a "ME!" to the center of her artwork.
