The game is set for Friday, July 19, at 8 p.m.
The tour will include games at two of American's most iconic venues, Fenway and Notre Dame Stadium, as well as the new Yankee Stadium.
Liverpool will then make the short flight down the east coast to New York City and play Sporting Lisbon at Yankee Stadium on July 24. The team will, naturally, play at Fenway Park on July 21 against Spanish La Liga team Sevilla and at Yankee Stadium against Portuguese side Sporting CP on July 24.
The game at the home of the Red Sox, Fenway Park, will pit Liverpool against the oldest football club in Spain, Sevilla FC (on July 21).
Tickets will go on sale April 26 at 10 a.m. EST through Ticketmaster.
Liverpool FC's managing director and chief commercial officer talked about the pre-season tour, saying it's important for their first team to prepare for the upcoming season, besides providing the opportunity to bring the team to their fans around the world.
"We're headed to three incredible locations this year", Liverpool CCO Billy Hogan said in a statement.
Liverpool also will play German soccer giant Borussia Dortmund and Portuguese powerhouse Sporting CP during its 2019 United States of America tour. "This is a ideal event for Notre Dame in that it combines iconic sport brands, celebrates a sport that is of great importance to us as evidenced by our four NCAA soccer titles and addresses the growing global reach of our University".
