British actress Mya-Lecia Naylor has died suddenly at the age of 16.
Naylor, who appeared in shows including Millie Inbetween and Almost Never, died on April 7 but the cause of death remains unclear.
'Mya-Lecia was a much loved part of the BBC Children's family, and a hugely talented actress, singer and dancer.
The BBC added: "We know this news is very upsetting, and it may help to share how you are feeling with friends or a trusted adult".

The CBBC show Almost Never, which aired earlier this year, follows a young boy band learning to handle the highs and lows of fame after taking part in a fictional talent competition called The Spotlight.
Tess Daly guest starred as the host of the show, while Fleur East made a cameo as herself and Emily Atack starred as one of the boys' mums. "A complete joy to be around on the set". "An enormously talented and totally lovely girl, she was also great fun to have around, and was much loved by the whole cast and crew".
One of the actors from The Wonderland, Oakley Orchard, wrote in an Instagram story: "Rest in peace to my little pink wafer".
Her representatives A&J Management announced the devastating news on Twitter. News, Alice Webb, Director at BBC Childrens said, "We are distraught and so terribly sad to hear the news about Mya".
In addition to appearing in "Millie Inbetween", Naylor starred in "Almost Never", which was also a BBC production, alongside Emily Atack, of "The Inbetweeners" fame.
"She has shone so brightly on our screens. and it's unthinkable that she won't be part of our journey going forward", she said.
"She was hugely popular with our audience, a very talented actress, dancer and singer, and a real role model for her young fans".
