The claims first came down late Friday night after TMZ got a hold of the lawsuit, which accuses the former That's So Raven star of effectively grooming an underage girl over a long period of time, gaining her trust by allegedly telling her he could help her break into Hollywood.
Former child actor and Disney star, Kyle Massey, is being sued for sexual misconduct after he allegedly sent explicit texts, videos and photos to a teenage girl back in December, according to PEOPLE magazine.
The lawsuit claims that as a result of Massey's conduct, the girl has suffered great pain of mind, body, shock, emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, loss of self-esteem, disgrace, humiliation and loss of enjoyment of life.
In the lawsuit, the girl, who was not named because she is a minor, said she met Massey, 27, when she was 4 years old at Universal City with her mom.
She had said that they were in contact since then and he was like a father figure to her.
The minor claims that Massey developed a friendly and seemingly harmless relationship with her mother, and even invited the child to fly out to Los Angeles.
Massey reportedly spoke to the girl's mother in December.
Days later, Massey allegedly began sending "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos" to the girl. That reportedly didn't stop him from adding her on SnapChat and allegedly sending her explicit material, including a photo of him holding his penis with a text message that reads "LOL/Just me messing with u LOL" and a video of his erect penis.
Massey, 27, is best known for his role as "Cory Baxter" on Disney's That's So Raven.
The girl and her family are suing for at least $1.5 million.
