Jadon Sancho is taking advice from England manager Gareth Southgate on board after he told him to keep up the good work. Some time soon they will all be in the same England team.
Preston North End loanee Lukas Nmecha is encouraged to see youth being given its chance in the England squad in the shape of Jadon Sancho and Mason Mount.
