Joined by 10 other North Atlantic Treaty Organisation spouses - including one husband - the USA first lady enjoyed a concert, a chocolate tasting by the Belgian royal family's official chocolatier and a fashion display that included hats by Belgian milliner Fabienne Delvigne.
Mrs. Trump, who joined President Donald Trump on a weeklong trip to Europe, and 10 other spouses were given a tour of the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo, near Brussels, before the concert.
During an intermission they posed for a group photo, viewed a display of hats by Belgian designer Fabienne Delvigne and were offered delicacies created by Herman Van Dender, a pastry maker and chocolatier who is the official supplier to the Belgian royal house.
Upon arrival at the conservatory, the spouses were greeted by Amelie Derbaudrenghien, the partner of Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel, and Ingrid Schulerud, the wife of NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
Seated between Derbaudrenghien and French first lady Brigitte Macron, Trump observed the concert of Hubay, Tchaikovsky and Piazzolla, at one point clapping prematurely with her counterparts, then smiling and continuing to listen.
At a meeting with the other first lady the wife of Donald trump came in a dark blue Calvin Klein dress for $ 2430. Catching themselves, they smiled and kept on listening.
In the evening, she changed into a sleeveless white Elie Saab cocktail dress for a dinner at the Art and History Museum at the Cinquantenaire, a landmark city park.
Today in Brussels opened the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit, which brought together the heads of 29 member countries of the Alliance.
