Police say Dakota Ray was taken from SC by her parents Jessica and William Ray on April 15, after they lost custody of her through a judges order, Fox News reported.
Investigators say she may be in the company of her parents, 44-year-old William Ray as well as 36-year-old Jessica Ray.

Dakota and her parents were recently spotted in surveillance images captured on Monday, May 14 at a hospital in Iowa.
They are thought to be driving a 1996 tan Ford Aerostar, which they may be sleeping in, according to the NCMEC statement. Law enforcement then received information that they may now be in southwest Minnesota. Police did not elaborate on what would bring the girl and her parents more than 1,200 miles from home. She is 2 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 25 pounds. According to police, both William and Jessica are believed to be heavy methamphetamine users police are concerned for the Dakota's safety.

Authorities are looking for 2-year-old Dakota Ray, and her parents, William and Jessica Ray. He is 6'1 and weighs 340 pounds and has light brown hair and brown eyes.
Dakota was last seen on April 15, 2018. The incident report says that William had convinced the uncle that DSS was going to relinquish custody of the child back to William.
