Online arrest records show Diaz being placed into custody on one felony charge for domestic battery by strangulation and a second misdemeanor charge for domestic battery.
According to LVMPD Officer Larry Hadfield, the alleged victim was female.
The outlet reports 12 units were dispatched to the scene and the 34-year-old was combative with cops during the arrest.

For now, Diaz remains in custody in Las Vegas until his hearing before a judge on Saturday. His first court appearance is scheduled for Saturday morning.
