The Football Federation of South Africa has joined the list of the worldwide countries expressing their willingness to vote for the African bid on June 13.
Inspectors from Federation Internationale de Football Association has arrived Morroco on Monday in a bid to assess the African's country's to host the 2026 World Cup, the local bid committee said.
Morocco's bid committee said in a statement on Monday that the task force would visit several cities between Tuesday and Thursday as well as stadiums, training camps and fan fest sites.
"The (Arab) summit has unanimously affirmed its support for Morocco's bid to organize the 2026 World Cup tournament and called upon all Arab States to provide full and unfailing support for this candidacy", Bourita told the media at the end of the Arab Summit.
The Inspection Team will use a point-scoring system to evaluate the two candidates.
Morocco&rsquo bidding plays greatly on the country's enthusiasm for soccer and its own fan civilization, because of its proximity to both Europe, its compact size along with environment.
"The World Cup in Morocco would not only be a source of pride but also a great catalyst for development".
The country was second to the US for 1994, behind France for 1998 and just lost out to South Africa for the 2010 finals, the only time the event has been held in Africa.
In all those instances, though, the decision was made exclusively by FIFA's Executive Committee.
FIFA has 21-1 manhood associations who all hold a vote although FAs can not vote worldcup hosting should they have been part of a bidding or even should they truly are suspended at the time from FIFA. The four countries involved in the bidding are not allowed to vote along with Guatemala, which is now suspended.
"South Africa is the only African country to have successfully bid and hosted a World Cup and Morocco want to emulate that success".
A few of FIFA's associations have already stated they are going to vote for and Morocco acquired rsquo & southafrica;therefore financing on Monday.
