The concert in question reportedly took place in the city on November 15, 2014. Although Usher has vehemently denied these claims, hotel staff at the Days Inn have confirmed the woman's story. She says Sharpton came down, greeted the singer in the lobby and brought him to her room. The woman says she asked the 38-year-old for a picture, but the A-lister declined and said he'd take one with her later.
Last week, attorney Lisa Bloom held a news conference with a woman alleging that she had sex with Usher, but he didn't disclose to her that he was infected with herpes.
Quantasia Sharpton is one of three alleged victims - two women and a man - prosecuting Usher for failing to tell them he had herpes before they allegedly had sex. She said Usher randomly selected her from the audience, went backstage, and exchanged numbers with someone in the artist's camp. TMZ editors also obtained a photograph of Sharpton hugging Usher's support act at the gig, August Alsina. Even though her birthday was in late October, she was celebrating late as it was several weeks after she turned 19. After the show, they ended up at the Days Inn hotel, which was less than a mile from the venue. She waited one hour and he never returned. The media outlet claims to have talked to a woman who works there who said she saw Usher enter the lobby shortly after midnight on November 16. Sharpton claims she ran the risk of exposure to the STD after having sexual contact with Usher.
"In California, he's still liable because if he was positive, and if he had sex with her without revealing it, he's still liable for exposing her, which is a violation of her rights."
Usher hasn't publicly addressed the claims or lawsuits in his herpes scandal. Let us know in the comments section below.
