Two sisters burnt alive by unidentified attackers in Bareilly:- Two high school sisters were scorched alive by unidentified people in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly on Friday, as per reports.
According to the report given by the police to The Times of India, both sisters were sleeping in their home Devraniya Jagir, a village in Bareilly. While the motive behind the attack is still unknown, one of the two sisters claimed that the attack may have been by a stalker.
In an bad episode, two sisters were set on fire by couple of obscure scoundrels late Friday night while they were dozing in their home in Nawabganj range of Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly area.
The girls have been admitted to the district hospital, where the 19-year old was described as being in a very critical condition.
According to the younger sister Fiza after dousing them on fire the miscreants ran away and they couldn't identify their faces. The guilty parties broke into the house, poured oil on the bed on which both the sisters were resting and set them ablaze.
The police have filed an FIR against unidentified persons and teams of policemen have begun conducting search operations to nab the accused.
Jogendra Kumar, the senior superintendent of police said that they are investigating the incident and monitoring every single situation. The younger girl, 17, suff ered 60% burns. The family members rushed her to the district hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. A number of suspects are gathered up for questioning that will give some clues and some possible leads. they have found two mobile phone from the incident spot and a bottle which contained the petrol.
